Can I make changes to my reservation?
If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please call us at (231) 348-3900 or email us at email@example.com. Please note that changes to your reservation may affect your nightly rate. Any changes made within 24 hours of arrival may be subject to our cancellation policies.
What payment methods are accepted?
A credit card is required for all reservations. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Sorry, but we do not accept checks.
Are there any additional fees?
A 11% Michigan Use Tax and Occupancy Tax is not included in the nightly rate and will be added to your reservation.
Do you have parking?
Parking is available at no additional charge. We also offer free carports, which are available on a first come, first serve basis.
Do you allow children?
We love kids and children of all ages are more than welcome! We offer several kid-friendly amenities and packages including cribs, high chairs and Pack-n-Plays. We ask that you are respectful of your neighbors by not allowing children to run in the rooms, public areas or make excessive noise.
What time may I check-in?
Check-in time begins at 3:00 pm and our front desk team is available around the clock to personally check you in. You may request an early check-in by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org the day before arrival to see if your room will be ready early. If we cannot accommodate an early check-in, you are welcome to check back later by calling the front desk directly at (231) 348-3900. Our check out time is 11:00 am, but you can extent it to 3:00 pm for $19.
Is it true you offer free haircuts?
That’s right! We offer free haircuts to guests. All you have to do is visit suite #137 behind the front office or make an appointment by calling (866) 497-4102 ext 2.
Do you offer breakfast?
Yes! And even more! We serve a complimentary breakfast, lunch, and dinner from 6:00am to 10:00pm in our all-you-can-eat cafe. There’s a variety of soups, salads, and snacks to choose from. Just ask the front desk by dialing 0 on your room phone or call (231) 348-3900 for more details.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property in accordance with Michigan’s Smoke-Free Air Law. Violators of this policy will be fined. No exceptions.
Do you have a swimming pool?
Unfortunately we do not have a swimming pool.
